BANNOCKBURN COMMEMORATION 2022 |

The annual Society commemoration at Bannockburn was held on Sunday June 26th this year. Ken Shirra gave the battlefield blessing, and there were talks from Steven Hughes, the battlefield tour guide; Jimmy Bayne, who displayed some of his archaeological finds from in and around the field; and Duncan from the Society of Robert the Bruce. Ted Christopher was, as always, the compere, and led the assembled throng in a rendition of "Scots Wha Hae". |
