IN CASE YOU WONDERED WHAT WE GOT UP TO IN 2011
On the 2nd of January at 2 o'clock we gathered at the Wallace monument at Robroyston to commemorate our dear friend David.

Duncan welcomed the crowd with a few stories about David and how much he meant to him as well as the Society. It was never going to be an easy day for us but with us all gathered together it was easy to smile as we remembered the big Warmer with nothing but love and affection
.

Gordon sang us a song and further speeches were made by Gary, William and George, flowers were then laid in tribute.

The crowd gathered to pay their respects
George shares a poem written by one of our members in memory of David.
Gordon sings Scotland Crazy.
William tells us of his first meeting with David.
It was a sad occasion but we managed quite a few smiles.
God bless ye, Big Yin
