Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Society were unable to hold the usual number of commemorations and events that we had become used to in previous years, hence the lack of articles here this year.

VIRTUAL WALLACE DAY - LIVE STREAM!
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Society Of William Wallace was proud to announce details of our first ever William Wallace Digital Celebration, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Renfrewshire Council.
Many viewers joined us on Saturday evening at 6pm (Scottish time!), 22nd August, on our Facebook page to enjoy music, speeches and history. Members tuned in from around the world, to celebrate the man himself; Sir William Wallace. Sláinte!
